9Account Suspension and Termination

cbt88 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC obligations. In cases of deliberate breach, cbt88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account.
• cbt88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players. The account will be suspended pending investigation.
• A Player may voluntarily close their cbt88 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance net of unsettled wagers will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbt88 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. cbt88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
